The Global Development for Peace and Leadership (GDPL) educates and trains innovative young adults with skills to improve their capacity in leadership and peace building. We seek to launch sustainable, manageable, content oriented initiatives guided by research, evaluation and constant development. We strive to ensure that the content of our programmes contributes to a strategic initiative to provide quality learning in leadership, peace building and human development. It is out aim to foster a culture of leadership that values humanity, peace, reconciliation and human security. GDPL programmes focus on real contributions to leadership capacity, sustainable peace, and futures scenario planning.
